Reuters report on hoarding of medical gloves; shortages in Iran as coronavirus spreads

The discovery of 28 million medical gloves hoarded in two warehouses in Iran has attracted international attention.

According to Reuters, the news of the discovery of these medical items, which were hoarded in two warehouses in Kahrizak, came as Iranian pharmacies have been facing a shortage of gloves and other medical equipment for weeks.

Reuters also noted the spread of the coronavirus in the region, most of which came from Iran, including the first case of coronavirus in Saudi Arabia, which is said to have entered the country from Iran via Bahrain.

In Iraq, one of the coronavirus patients was an Iranian student, and 20 other cases were Iraqis who had traveled to Iran.
