Israeli Army: War with Iran Not Yet Over

The Chief of Staff of the Israeli Army announced the continuation of war against Iran through a released message.

The Chief of Staff of the Israeli Army, in a released message, while referring to attacks on Iran’s nuclear facilities and setting back the continuation of that process for several years, announced the continuation of fighting with Iran. Simultaneously, Israel’s Defense Minister also announced planning for a new strategy to confront the Islamic Republic.

The Chief of Staff of the Israeli Army, on Friday, June 27, released a message stating: “Israel was able, in a twelve-day war with Iran, to set back the Islamic Republic’s nuclear and missile project by several years. The Israeli Army performed at its best. We are at the end of an important phase, but the war with Iran has not yet come to an end.”

The Israeli Army also announced that in the months before the war, Iran had a plan based on “heavy fire and multi-front ground offensive” against Israel, and the common goal of all these plans was the destruction of Israel.

The Chief of Staff of the Israeli Army further added: “This plan was not merely a theoretical idea, but rather an existential threat against Israel, and we acted based on the moral directive ‘whoever attacks you, kill him before he kills you.'”

He also stressed that Israel has achieved complete control of Iranian airspace and anywhere it intends to conduct operations.

Following the release of the message by the Chief of Staff of the Israeli Army, “Yisrael Katz,” Israel’s Defense Minister, also announced in a message: “I have ordered the Israeli Army to prepare an operational plan against the Islamic Republic, which includes: maintaining Israeli air superiority, preventing nuclear advancement and missile production, and responses against the Islamic Republic in case of support for terrorist activities against Israel.”

Katz further added: “We will regularly take measures to neutralize threats of this kind. I suggest that the toothless serpent of Tehran (Ayatollah Khamenei) understands and be careful—the recent operation was only a short prelude to Israel’s new policy. There is no immunity.”

Benjamin Netanyahu, Prime Minister of Israel, also stated in a message: “We fought with power against the Islamic Republic and achieved a great victory.”
