Exposing Payment Slips of Repressors

In 2016, Mr. Mohsen Ajeei – spokesperson of the Judiciary – regarding individuals whose received amounts were disclosed, stated: “Those who, in violation of legal regulations, have received salaries of several millions, must return these amounts to the state.”

For the first time after the salary slip scandal began, he implicitly supported part of the payments and stated: “Some administrators have performed important services and may have received salaries temporarily in the course of performing their duties. These types of individuals should be treated specially.”

But what are these important services for which substantial salaries are being received today?

For a month we have been witnessing public protests against the overthrow of the Islamic Republic regime, but unfortunately we have faced people’s suppression by repressors in various forms. Now we want to know: at what price is this suppression? Those who have taken upon themselves the task of suppressing people in the worst possible way, for what reason have they come at the throats of the people, and what benefit do they gain from harming the people?

A video is circulating on social media pages showing substantial amounts received by repressors. One of these amounts paid for suppressing people is 145 million Tomans. Amounts that Mr. Mohsen Ajeei acknowledged were paid for important services and temporarily in the course of performing their duties.

Do important services include suppression, killing, detention, beating, and so forth? What is more important than people’s lives that these substantial amounts are being taken from them for? How long will these payments – which are every Iranian’s share – continue?

The brave and courageous people of Iran, to reclaim these lost rights, will continue their protests until they achieve victory and complete freedom.
