Teachers and Retirees Gather Again in Several Iranian Cities
A number of teachers and cultural retirees gathered in several Iranian cities on Monday in demonstrations demanding the realization of their occupational demands.
These gatherings took place in cities including Shiraz, Sanandaj, Hamadan, Darab, and Rasht, where participants chanted various slogans.
Teachers and cultural retirees are demanding the implementation of a job classification plan and a law equalizing salary payments.
In recent weeks, widespread protest gatherings have been held by teachers and retirees in various Iranian cities, which in some cases have faced confrontations with security forces.
