Javad Rouhi's three-time death sentence overturned

Majid Kaveh, the defense lawyer of Javad Rouhi, announced that his three-time death sentence has been overturned.
Javad Rouhi, 35, from Amol, was sentenced to three executions and other punishments by the First Branch of the Sari Revolutionary Court following last year's protests for the crimes of corruption on earth, disturbing public order, gathering and colluding against internal security, apostasy through burning the Quran, insulting sacred places, and destroying public property.
Javad Roohi had gone to Nowshahr on the night that Hananeh Kia was shot dead to attend to personal matters and was arrested that same night. Javad destroyed people's property as a sign of protest against the repression and killing of people by the regime forces, and was later accused of destroying public property. He also burned the Quran again, and was sentenced to death three times and other punishments for the aforementioned crimes.
Majid Kaveh, Javad Rouhi's defense lawyer, spoke about the lack of evidence in his case. According to his statements, with the acceptance of the appeal by the Ninth Branch of the Supreme Court, Javad Rouhi's three death sentences and other punishments were overturned and the case was referred to the same branch of the Sari Revolutionary Court for retrial.
The case of the defendants of the Isfahan house was full of contradictions and there was no evidence to prove that they were the accused, but in the end, the Islamic Republic government ruthlessly executed their death sentences. Now, considering the evidence that was clear regarding the case of Javad Roohi, who committed the above acts as a sign of protest and was subsequently sentenced to death three times, will his death sentence be overturned or will his sentence be carried out in secret after this news is published?
