Dust particles are hanging in the air in Khuzestan, and its budget is hanging in the leader's pocket.

According to FCNN, dust suspended in the air of deprived cities in Khuzestan province has been continuing for several consecutive days.
In this regard, government officials constantly talk about budgets and shortages to show themselves to be consistent.
But the point is that to finance Khuzestan's current problem, a withdrawal from the National Development Fund must be made, and the leadership's permission is the only condition for withdrawing from this fund.
After the macroeconomic policies announced by the Iranian leadership, the Fifth Plan Law stipulated the establishment of a fund called the National Development Fund, to which 20 percent of oil revenues would be deposited before any expenses. Therefore, the National Development Fund is a national fund to support the private sector, and the foreign exchange reserve account is a government account.
The foreign exchange reserve account still exists, and if the government has a surplus over its expenses, it deposits it into this account.
Article 84 of the Fifth Five-Year Development Law of the Islamic Republic of Iran states: The National Development Fund, referred to in this article as the Fund, is established with the aim of converting part of the revenues from the sale of oil, gas, gas condensates, and petroleum products into lasting, productive wealth and economically productive capital, as well as preserving the share of future generations from oil, gas, and petroleum products.
The Fund is based in Tehran and has no branches in Tehran or other parts of the country. The property and assets of this Fund belong to the government of the Islamic Republic of Iran. This article is the statute of the Fund.
Perhaps most of Iranian society does not know the difference and definitions of these two funds, but it is a very bitter reality, because twenty percent of Iran's highest income is directly deposited into this fund, and only the leader can give the order to withdraw from it.
By looking at the purpose of establishing this fund, which is the same absurd slogan of this government, and also by looking at the level of income, welfare, and livelihood of the people, we will realize the enormous and hidden plunder of this government and its rulers.
Therefore, not only the people of Khuzestan, but also Iranian society, will never reach the lowest level of prosperity despite this false and corrupt government, because the love of wealth accumulation and the indifference of these rulers are infinite.
Unfortunately, our beautiful and rich land has been ruled by non-Iranian rulers for many years.
