Bakhtiari tribe's reaction to Abbas Korkouri's death sentence

The large Bakhtiari tribe reacted sharply to the execution sentence of "Abbas Korkoori", known as "Mujahid".
Abbas Korkuri, known as Mujahid, who was accused of murdering Kian Pirfalak in Izeh and several injured people who were present following the attack on November 15, 1401, was sentenced to death by the judiciary. It should be noted that this verdict has not yet been finalized and is subject to appeal to the Supreme Court.
The large Bakhtiari tribe reacted sharply to the issuance of this ruling and issued a statement addressed to the Islamic Republic regime.
The Bakhtiari Tribal Coordination Council issued this statement warning against issuing the death sentence to Mujahid Korkur, stating: "The murder of Kian Pirfalak by Mujahid is nothing more than a false accusation. The execution of Mujahid Korkur is our red line, take this warning seriously."
"According to hundreds of documents, evidence, and witnesses, the murderer of Kian Pirfalak is the brutal regime of Velayat-e-Faqih. If the blind Mujahid, the son of Boroumand Bakhtiari, is executed, you will reap a storm." The Bakhtiari tribe is now preparing.
The judiciary issued a death sentence for Abbas (Mujahid) Korkuri even though the Pirfalak family had previously announced that none of the citizens of Izeh were involved in Kian's murder, but rather that Islamic Republic government forces had fired on their car.
Will the Islamic Republic regime respond to the Bakhtiari tribe's warning and overturn the death sentence in the Supreme Court?
