Death Sentence of “Hymin Mustafaei” Carried Out

The death sentence of “Hymin Mustafaei” was carried out this morning after 10 years had passed.

Hymin Mustafaei, who was accused in 2012 of killing a member of the Revolutionary Guards and had been subjected to severe torture for an extended period while attempting to obtain forced confessions, was executed this morning on Wednesday, June 31st, by the judicial system.

The announcement of Hymin’s execution was made by people on social media, and the judicial system has not yet issued any official statement regarding the implementation of this sentence.

On the night of Tuesday, people from Sanandaj and a large crowd from Marivan gathered in front of Sanandaj Prison in an attempt to prevent Hymin’s execution, but ultimately he was executed by the judicial system.

The execution of protesters accused of killing security forces has not only accelerated, but these executions are taking place while many citizen protesters have been killed by security forces of the system, and no case has been opened against security forces so far, nor have any proceedings been initiated regarding their prosecution on charges of killing protesting citizens.
