Teenage Girl Commits Suicide in Tehran

On Sunday, the 30th of Aban, a 14-year-old teenage girl in Tehran took her own life by throwing herself from the roof of her residence. According to the Legal Medicine Organization, teenage Iranians account for more than 7 percent of annual suicides.

According to a report by Hrana news agency, citing IRNA, on Sunday, the 30th of Aban 1400, a teenage girl in Tehran committed suicide and lost her life.

Based on this report, at 4 PM the previous day, a 14-year-old girl in the West Town district of Tehran threw herself from the roof of her house, committing suicide.

Following this incident, a police team arrived at the scene and, on the order of the case prosecutor, the body of the teenage girl was transferred to the Legal Medicine Organization for further examination.

In this report, there was no mention of the identity, reasons, or motives behind the teenager’s suicide.

According to the Legal Medicine Organization, teenage Iranians account for more than 7 percent of annual suicides.
