Dina Ghalibaf released from Evin Prison on bail

Journalist Dina Ghalibaf was released on bail from Evin Prison after two weeks.
Dina Ghalibaf, a journalist, a political science student at Shahid Beheshti University, and a protester against compulsory hijab, was arrested by security forces at her home on April 19. The day before her arrest, she posted a post on the X social network in which she said that she had been sexually assaulted by the Ershad patrol forces.
He wrote about this: "In the police room at the Sadeghieh metro station, when I insisted that I had the right to use the metro as long as I paid my taxes, they violently took me to a room and shocked me. They had handcuffed me the whole time, and one of the officers sexually assaulted me. The police officer, while constantly mocking Gina and the other women and speaking in the most disgusting language, came and, while my hands were tied, ran his hand over my face and started fondling my face.
"They squeezed my thumb to take my wallet and now I can barely move it. Despite wearing a headscarf, they forced me to take off my Kurdish scarf so they could take pictures of me from all angles."
On May 2, civil activist Narges Mohammadi also released a message from inside the prison, referring to Dina Qalibaf, saying: "An hour ago, another Iranian girl, Dina Qalibaf, entered the women's ward of Evin Prison with a bruised body and a story of sexual abuse."
According to published reports, Ms. Ghalibaf was scheduled to be released on May 23 after posting a bail of 500 million tomans, but her release was suspended at the last moment. Judicial authorities announced that Dina's release would be conditional on her providing a guarantee to the prosecutor's office that the sexual assault by officers, law enforcement, and hijab guards on the subway and Narges Mohammadi's account published from prison were false.
She has now been released from prison after posting bail, despite numerous obstacles. It should be noted that Ms. Qalibaf has a history of working with ISNA and Eqtesad Online news agencies.
