According to HRANA news agency, citing ISNA, the Director General of Primary Education of the Ministry of Education announced that there are 935,000 students who have not completed their education in the country, which in this report includes about 185,000 students who have not completed their education and 750,000 students who have dropped out of school in the country.
In a series of meetings on multidimensional poverty and poverty alleviation policies titled "Educational Poverty in Iran," Mohammad Hossein Hosseini expressed his happiness that external institutions are entering the field of education and said: "We have no smooth path to the development of the country except education and training."
The Director General of Primary Education at the Ministry of Education continued: "But if for any reason our children do not come to school or go to higher levels with academic failure, and in contrast to students who achieve the highest quality of learning at huge costs, a very catastrophic gap will be created that will have many consequences. It is this gap and difference that can become the source of crime and corruption, etc."
Hosseini stated that sometimes we make a complex issue more complicated and complicated with the actions we take, and said: "Children being out of school or not learning well is the source of adversity. It is necessary to form a critical discourse that the state of education is not good; we have 750,000 dropouts and 185,000 who have not completed their education. In the field of educational access, space and equipment, and student attendance at school are very important. It is also necessary to demand the quality of education."
