Who are the 10 Iranians sanctioned by the US for cyber espionage?

The US government announced on Wednesday, February 14, that it had placed two companies based in Iran and 10 individuals associated with them on a sanctions list.
The US Treasury Department issued a statement naming two Iranian legal entities as "New Horizon Organization" and "Net Paygard Samavat Company."
According to the statement, NetPajgird has carried out cyberattacks against current and former US government and military officials, and Ofoq Al-Naw has held international conferences to recruit for the IRGC's Quds Force and obtain information from foreign nationals.
The US Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control has also added the names of 10 individuals to the sanctions list in this regard.
Allamreza Mozamemi, founder and CEO of Ofogh No, Hamed Qashqavi, director of international affairs, Nader Talebzadeh, chairman, and Zeinab Talebzadeh, his special assistant, are among the individuals whose names have been placed on the US sanctions list.
Behzad Masri, Hossein Abbasi (Alavi), Hossein Parvar, Mojtaba Masoumpour, Milad Mirzabeigi, and Mohammad Bagher Shirinkar, managers and employees of "Net Peyvan Samavat" have also been sanctioned in connection with the company's activities against the United States.
US Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin said in the statement that the department is taking action against Iranian cyber actors and their covert operations that have targeted Americans at home and abroad as part of "ongoing operations to counter Iranian regime cyberattacks."
The US Treasury Department statement also said that it has charged Monica Witt, a former US Air Force officer, with criminal charges for helping Iran conduct cyber operations against US intelligence officials.
