Dollar Enters the 28,000 Toman Range

A number of unofficial currency exchange websites and channels in Iran announced that the dollar exchange rate reached a new record on Wednesday, entering the 28,000 toman range.
The dollar exchange rate had been in the 27,000 toman range in recent days.
The US dollar exchange rate was 16,000 tomans at the beginning of the current year, but has gradually shown an upward trend that has not yet stopped.
During this period, the Central Bank has injected large amounts of foreign currency into the market several times, which temporarily caused the exchange rate to decline, but after some time, the currency rate increased again.
The price of gold coins has also been on an upward trend due to the rising value of gold in global markets and Iran’s economic situation in recent months.
