An informed source reveals the secret of Plasco

Soheila .S. FCNN News Agency: Men from our land are still under the rubble. Those who are dying and burning so that others can be safe, and unfortunately, access to them is still not possible. An informed source in a conversation with FCNN News Agency claimed that the guilt of these people being sacrificed lies with Ali Khamenei and Tehran Mayor Qalibaf.
The fire and collapse of the Plasco building shocked Iran since Thursday morning. All compatriots are waiting for a glimmer of hope to emerge from the ruins of this old building. The building, which was more than 55 years old and without standard equipment, served as a place of business and income in the busiest central part of the capital.
The Leader of the Islamic Republic has emphasized in a message that all facilities be equipped to remove debris and rescue more than 30 firefighters from under the rubble. One surprising point in Ali Khamenei's message is that he emphasized that the investigation into the causes of the accident should be postponed to a later time.
In any incident, efforts are made to have a team responsible for investigating the cause from the initial moments to prevent future unfortunate events from happening again.
Of course, domestic news agencies and people on Iranian social media are busy investigating the cause of the incident, regardless of this emphasis.
Some rumors suggest that this 17-story tower was a victim of the Leader's Residence and was deliberately set on fire. It is even said that in order to increase the security of the Leader's Residence, all tall and old buildings in the area are to be condemned to the same fate.
Of course, the fact that Plasco lacked the necessary standards for its operations is confirmed by all news agencies and users. However, no one has mentioned the reason for this negligence. For example, it has been said that Plasco was not using city gas due to its age and lack of standards, and the owners were using diesel for heating, which in this fire ignited the existing diesel storage facilities and caused the building to collapse along with the clothing storage facilities.
Profiteering by the Mostazafan Foundation in Plasco transactions
An informed source in Tehran Municipality told FCNN about the negligence in Plasco standardization.
This compatriot, who did not want his name or position in the municipality to be revealed, says: "The Plasco building is one of the old buildings confiscated after the revolution, whose owners fled or were executed. After the confiscation, all these buildings were given to the Mostazafan Foundation for free. According to the law, the foundation is only accountable to the leader, and even the parliament is not allowed to investigate its operations. However, it has been accused of financial corruption many times, especially during the presidency of Mohsen Rafiq Doost, and was even able to receive permission to conduct independent oil transactions.
In this way, it is clear where the history of the sale of independent units in a building like Plasco is connected. These units, like all confiscated properties, were sold to individuals with illegal paper documents. Over the past few decades, numerous paper and promissory note transactions have taken place. However, for years, the Tehran Municipality has been eyeing these properties and has questioned their private and commercial ownership under the pretext of unauthorized use. In such a way that it has been announced that the current owners of similar units and buildings must pay exorbitant costs for changing their use from residential to commercial.
While the Mostazafan Foundation initially sold these units to the public in illegal transactions as commercial centers, the owners have no evidence to prove this right.
In this way, owners who do not see the condition of their property as stable have no incentive to improve. Of course, you are aware that renovation or major repairs in such buildings require a municipal permit. According to Qalibaf's order, such a permit has not been issued to Plasco for years. With the same justification as I said.
Thus, the municipality repeatedly warned the owners that Plasco was unsafe and said that it was willing to purchase the building, but at residential, not commercial, prices.
The situation was such that even the gas department did not provide a branch to Plasco, and the building became a diesel storage facility, which caught fire on the lower floors, melting the metal frame and eventually collapsing.
"Therefore, do not doubt that the root cause of this incident will not be accurately identified because it will ultimately end up with the Leader of the Islamic Republic."
This compatriot continues, referring to the prosecutor's authorization to demolish buildings adjacent to Plasco: "Now, in order to access the victim firefighters and to be able to remove debris, the adjacent buildings are going to be demolished, and this is another step towards the municipality and the survivors of the foundation achieving their goals."
According to this informed source, the fate of building owners like Plasco is of no importance to those who have amassed huge wealth in this way.
He points to rumors that the fire at Plasko was intentional, saying: "Working hours in this building started at 8:30 or 9 a.m., and the perpetrators of the incident did not expect that Plasko would collapse on the firefighters and cause casualties. Because they did not know about the diesel storage. So they started the fire from the upper floors, thinking that it would be quickly contained. Because their goal was only to make the building unsafe and force the owners to evacuate and hand it over to the municipality."
This informed source revealed some bitter truths in an interview with FCNN. Without taking a specific stance on his statements, one cannot ignore the concern that if these statements are true, several other buildings and compatriots are going to be sacrificed for the survival of institutions in the Islamic Republic that make money without regard for human rights.
Habibollah Al-Ghanian was the builder and owner of the Plasco and Aluminum buildings in Tehran. Of course, Aluminum also caught fire a while ago, but firefighters were able to put out the fire.
Al-Ghanian, a major Iranian businessman and industrialist who also headed the Iranian Jewish Association, was arrested a few days after the revolution and executed a few months later on the orders of Sadegh Khalkhali, a religious judge of the Revolutionary Court.
