Sweden: Christian Refugees Threatened with Beheading by Muslim Extremists!

The Union of Evangelical Churches in Sweden has stated that a man who claims to have fought alongside jihadist groups in Syria has threatened Christian refugees with beheading.

Initially, a Christian Pakistani couple in Kalmar, southeastern Sweden, were moved to a church for their safety after the man’s name was written on a wall near their room along with death threats. It has also been reported that after an increase in harassment and threats against Christian refugees, a separate group of refugees in Kalmar was forced to leave their place of residence.

Jakob Rudolfsson, Deputy Secretary-General of the Union of Evangelical Churches in Sweden, has also stated that no one wants society to be divided based on religious beliefs, gender, ethnicity, or nationality, but an emergency situation has emerged and it requires cooperation between people and the government to resolve it. He further stated: “Public protection should be provided by the government, but when the government is unable to protect Christian refugees, Christian organizations must take action.”

He pointed out that they have received numerous reports of Christian refugee terror in refugee camps, which is contrary to the peaceful and humanitarian culture of the Swedish people.

He stated that it is saddening to witness Christian refugees being harassed and abused by Muslim extremists, and said that a separate refugee camp for the detention of Christian refugees is necessary. He has urged the government to take necessary measures to protect refugees from Muslim extremists.

It has been stated that radical Muslims threaten or harass Christian refugees who use Christian symbols such as the cross.
