The last court session to investigate the charges against political activist Saeed Minaei

The last court session investigating the charges against political activist Saeed Minaei was held in Branch 15 of Tehran's Revolutionary Court.
On February 16, 17, and 18, 1402, Saeed Minaei, a political activist of the National Movement of Azerbaijan, along with several other activists, were illegally arrested by intelligence forces without a warrant. After spending some time in the Ministry of Intelligence detention center in Tabriz, he was transferred to the solitary confinement cell of the Ministry of Intelligence detention center known as Ward 240 of Evin Prison.
After 16 days in solitary confinement, Saeed Minaei was transferred to the Ministry of Intelligence's detention center, known as Ward 209 of this prison, and was finally released from Evin Prison's detention center on March 13, 1402, after posting a bail of 800 million Tomans, temporarily until the end of the trial.
In a court session held on June 25, 1403, Saeed Minaei was accused by Judge Abolghasem Salavati of "conspiracy and collusion to commit a crime against the country's internal security." He denied the charges and presented his defense to the court.
Now, in a session held on September 8, 1403 in Branch 15 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court, presided over by Judge Salavati, he presented his final defense on the charge of "gathering and colluding to commit a crime against the country's internal security" and denied the accusation and its evidence.
It should be noted that at the time of writing this report, no information was available about the sentence issued against this political activist.
