Conflicting news about the death of a woman "suspected of having coronavirus" in Iran; Ministry of Health denies

After a news report from a media outlet close to the government reported that a woman "suspected of contracting the coronavirus" had died in a Tehran hospital, Iran's Health Minister denied the news.
On Wednesday, February 13, the Iran newspaper announced in a report that "an investigation into the death of a middle-aged woman in one of the capital's hospitals, suspected of having contracted the coronavirus, was launched."
The report states that at 11:30 AM on Monday, February 11, officials from one of the capital's hospitals called 110 to report the suspicious death of a 63-year-old woman, and an investigation was launched by officers from the 181 Vardavard Police Station.
The Iran newspaper wrote that "based on initial investigations and according to statements from the hospital's medical staff, it is likely that this woman was infected with the coronavirus and died from the disease."
However, Saeed Namaki, the Iranian Minister of Health, confirmed the death of this woman in Zanjan, denying that she was infected with the coronavirus, saying that "a woman in Zanjan was under observation for some time and was tested 3 times, and her last test was negative."
Iran's Health Minister once again said that there are no "positive cases" of coronavirus in the country so far.
The release of this news comes at a time when Iranian authorities are not providing a clear report on the treatment process of people infected or suspected of being infected with the coronavirus, and only the Ministry of Health had recently said that about 9 suspected cases of the coronavirus had been identified in Iran. However, recently, ISNA news agency reported in a video report that two people suspected of the coronavirus are hospitalized in the negative pressure respiratory isolation ward of Yaftabad Martyrs Hospital.
After the uncertainties over whether or not Iran's flights to China will be suspended, as well as the concealment and lies of Islamic Republic officials regarding the shooting down of a Ukrainian plane in the skies over Tehran, the public has lost more trust in the government than ever before.
The latest official statistics published in China indicate that the death toll has exceeded one thousand.
