Following heavy rainfall in Dezful city, the Dez River has overflowed and swept away the floating bridge installed over this river.

According to CNN reports, following heavy rainfall in northern Khuzestan and Lorestan Province, particularly in Dezful city, the Dez River has overflowed and parts of Dezful city located alongside this river have been submerged. Reports indicate that with the continuation of heavy rains in Dezful and the force of the water, the floating bridge installed over the Dez River, which served as a vehicle crossing, has been swept away. Additionally, the coastal road and parks surrounding this river, including the famous “Ali Kalleh” park, have been flooded and submerged underwater.
