Prince Reza Pahlavi: Iran with Hundreds of Underground Churches Likely Has the Fastest Growth Rate of Christian Conversion

Prince Reza Pahlavi spoke about the situation of Christians, stating: Iran with hundreds of underground churches likely has the fastest growth rate of Christian conversion.
Prince Reza Pahlavi, in an interview with the Christian network CBN NEWS, referring to the situation of Christians in Iran, said: “The Islamic Republic has imprisoned, tortured, and even killed Iranian Christians because of their faith. Despite this, Iran with hundreds of underground churches likely has the fastest growth rate of Christian conversion.” He also added in his remarks: “The end of the regime will mean the end of persecution of Christians.”
Some users on social media supported Prince Pahlavi’s statements and, referring to a verse in the Holy Book, wrote: “God says I will establish my throne in Elam and destroy the king and princes from there. But God says in the last days, I will restore the captives of Elam.” Many other users also wrote that we will see the day when all knees will bow before the Lord Jesus Christ, and that day will not be far in Iran because light has always triumphed over darkness.
The persecution of Christians in Iran began after the triumph of the Islamic Revolution and has continued to this day. Only a few days after the revolution, a number of Christian leaders and believers were killed in a horrific manner by regime agents, and since then Christians have continued to face oppression and injustice by the system, so much so that in addition to arrest, torture, threats, deprivation of many civil rights, and execution, their property is also confiscated and seized.
