Reza Pahlavi: Declare Your Loyalty to My Program and the Transition System

Prince Reza Pahlavi, following the death of Ali Khamenei, addressed the regime’s forces, calling on them to lay down their weapons and declare loyalty to his program and the transition system from the Islamic Republic.
Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, the former leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran, has been killed in extensive aerial attacks launched by the United States and Israel against Islamic Republic targets. This has been confirmed by official Iranian media and international sources.
These attacks, which began yesterday, Saturday, February 28, 2026, corresponding to Esfand 10 in the Iranian calendar, targeted sections of the capital Tehran and key military and political facilities. Global media reported that in these attacks, in addition to Khamenei, several senior military commanders and members of his family were also killed.
The United States and Israel characterized this operation as based on security threats and aimed at regime change. In response, Iran called the attacks a military aggression and promised retaliation and revenge.
Some news sources reported that the United States and Israel described these strikes as “fundamental and strategic,” viewing direct intervention as an action to prevent what they termed Iran’s nuclear and regional threats.
Reactions at the global level have been varied. Some countries condemned the operation while others called it necessary for maintaining security.
On social media platforms, messages from various groups and figures regarding this event have been published. These messages reflect different political and social viewpoints regarding Iran’s situation and its future.
Prince Reza Pahlavi, following the death of Ali Khamenei, released a message addressing the people of Iran and regime officials. His message is as follows:
“My fellow countrymen,
Ali Khamenei, the Zahhak of our time, the demon who issued orders for the massacre of tens of thousands of Iran’s finest sons and daughters just weeks ago, is gone. With his sorrowful death and that of many of his appointees and associates, the Islamic Republic is breathing its final breaths. Through your will and courage, it will soon be consigned to the dustbin of history.
The great nation of Iran seeks the complete collapse of the Islamic Republic, and we will topple this demonic regime. My message to the remaining officials of this republic of terror is: surrender to the people of Iran. Declare your loyalty to my program and the transition system, and without further bloodshed, hand over the government.
Any attempt by remnants of the regime to appoint a successor to Khamenei is already doomed to failure. Whoever they place in his position will not only lack legitimacy, but will also be complicit in this regime’s crimes. To the military, police, and security forces of the country, I say: your weapons should be for defending the great people of Iran, not the republic of crime, thugs, and anti-Iranian criminals. Join the people of Iran and the Lion and Sun revolution. Use your weapons to protect Iranians against the regime’s mercenaries of the Islamic Republic. Let this 47-year nightmare end sooner.
The death of the criminal Khamenei, though it cannot restore the blood that has been spilled, can be a balm on the burned hearts of bereaved fathers and mothers, spouses and children, sisters and brothers; a source of comfort for the honored families of the martyrs of Iran’s Lion and Sun revolution.
The noble and brave people of Iran, the death of the Zahhak of our time, while being the beginning of our great national celebration, is not the end of the road. Be vigilant. Be prepared. The time for widespread and decisive presence in the streets is very near. I ask of you: while protecting your own security, through nightly chants, demonstrate your satisfaction and support for the collapse of the Islamic Republic and voice your wishes for Iran’s future. My power derives from your power and support.
To Iranians outside the country who, for weeks, have tirelessly and relentlessly been the loud voice of my countrymen in Iran, I ask you to intensify your efforts. Convey to the world the support of the Iranian people for this humanitarian intervention and our demand for the complete overthrow of the regime.
Sensitive days lie ahead of us. Together, we will walk the path of victory and overthrow the Islamic Republic system.
Long live Iran,”
Following Ayatollah Khamenei’s death and other casualties, tensions in the region have rapidly escalated, with military responses from Iran against American and Israeli targets being reported. Simultaneously, the international community has warned of the danger of a more widespread crisis.
