Abbas Araghchi: Anyone Aware of Israel’s Attack Timing on Iran Must Bear Responsibility

Abbas Araghchi warned governments by stating that “anyone aware of the timing of Israel’s attack on Iran must bear responsibility for it.”
Joe Biden announced yesterday, Friday, October 18, during his trip to Berlin, the capital of Germany, that he is aware of how and when Israel will respond to Iran’s missile attacks. He also emphasized that efforts to achieve a ceasefire in Lebanon continue to exist but will be very difficult for Gaza.
Abbas Araghchi, Iran’s Foreign Minister, in response to Joe Biden’s remarks, posted a message on the social media platform X today, Saturday, October 19, corresponding to 28 Mehr: “It is logical that anyone who knows how and when Israel will attack Iran, or provides the necessary means and support for such an unwise act, should bear responsibility for any potential casualties.”

Eli Cohen, Israel’s Minister of Energy, also announced in an interview with Walla News: “There is a possibility that Israel, in response to Iran’s missile fire on Tel Aviv, may want to attack Iran’s nuclear facilities.” While emphasizing that Israel has proven its capabilities against any threat to its country, he added: “Israel has not yet used even 10 percent of its military and intelligence capabilities, and all options for responding to Iran are on the table.”
