According to FCN report, these forces arrested activists from Andisheh and Elm-ol-Hoda neighborhoods who were volunteer aid workers and were engaged in distributing food to flood victims in Shueibiyeh.
These forces asked the aid workers with whose permission they came to help the people. After news and reports about the poor situation of Shueibiyeh villagers were published, volunteer aid workers spontaneously took action to prepare food and necessities for the villagers and distributed them among the residents in hopes of filling part of the gap left by officials.
