Call for End to War in Gaza by Christian Church Leaders Worldwide

Christian church leaders across the world and approximately 69 relief organizations have called for an end to the war in Gaza.
According to RANA news agency, relief organizations and Christian church leaders worldwide have requested that the British Prime Minister call for an end to the war in Gaza.
The group, while condemning crimes stemming from hatred against Muslims, issued a statement declaring that the war in Gaza must stop, as Palestinian families in the region are being erased and are on the verge of complete destruction.
Church leaders and relief organizations, noting that hatred against Muslims overshadows community cohesion and interfaith efforts, wrote in the statement: “We write as religious leaders to say that the crime must stop. We cannot remain silent, as we are witnessing the destruction of families and generations in Gaza in an instant. We cannot stand by while Palestinian civilians in Gaza experience such devastation and catastrophic trauma.”
Church leaders added in the statement: “When we hear of hospitals, mosques, churches and schools damaged and destroyed in the Gaza war, we weep with broken hearts. There is no safe place, no shelter, and no escape route in Gaza.”
Church leaders in England also stressed that, without any conditions or reservations, the relentless bombing that has caused horrific consequences and the ground invasion by the Zionist regime against Gaza must end.
In addition to church leaders and other relief agencies, the Christian Aid organization has called on all world leaders to pressure Israel to implement an immediate and permanent ceasefire. The organization emphasized that this is the only serious option to prevent further civilian casualties in Gaza.
