Executions of Kurdish and Baloch Citizens in Media Silence

A number of Kurdish and Baloch compatriots lost their lives without their executions being reported by the media.

Death sentences for five inmates, including two Kurdish prisoners, were carried out in Arak Central Prison. “Azad Dadavand,” 40 years old from Sardasht, and “Keyvan Amini-Tavakal,” 42 years old from Baneh, were among them.

According to the “Hengaw” news agency, within 12 days, death sentences for 10 Kurdish inmates have been executed, but unfortunately their executions were not reported by the media. According to residents, the Islamic Republic government does not dare execute them in Kurdistan and instead takes them to unknown locations and executes them there.

Another young man named “Kambiz Khorrut,” 20 years old from Zahedan, was also recently arrested during protests and subjected to severe torture for forced confessions. Kambiz rejected all charges against him in court, but the judge in Zahedan’s court still issued a death sentence for him. He is even denied the right to have a lawyer of his choice.

Despite all suppression, killings, and executions, the proud Baloch and Kurdish people continue to participate in protests. They do not even fear direct fire from security forces and stand for freedom. The videos released daily on social media pages from this deprived region demonstrate their courage.

The question is: what is the Islamic Republic government extracting forced confessions from the Iranian people about? The Islamic Republic regime knows that all Iranian people want the overthrow and removal of this regime, which is why for several months they have risen in the streets demanding justice. A confession that they want to overthrow the regime? This is completely evident and requires no confession. However, the Islamic Republic government wants to cover up its crimes and lies with this action. For this reason, without even confirming the death sentence, it hangs people and takes their lives.
