Azim Ebrahimpour, Deputy Commander of the Khataem al-Aossia Headquarters of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, claimed that the power of Iran’s missile sites has now reached a level where they can level Tel Aviv to the ground in less than 8 minutes.
According to Tasnim News Agency, citing sources close to Iran’s security institutions, Ebrahimpour stated on Wednesday evening, April 27, at the closing ceremony of the Rahiyan-e Noor camps at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad’s Engineering Faculty: “The military options of the P5+1 group are not important to us, and they know that if the slightest move occurs, we will destroy all important American targets, which include 1,200 identified locations, in less than 48 hours.”
The P5+1 group consists of countries that negotiated the nuclear deal with Iran, namely: the United States, Britain, France, Russia, and China, the five permanent members of the UN Security Council, plus Germany.
The Deputy Commander of Khataem al-Aossia Headquarters, referring to Iran’s missile sites, added: “The power of Iran’s missile sites has now reached a level where they can level Tel Aviv to the ground in less than 8 minutes.”
Iran has recently conducted several missile tests, tests that have provoked Western anger to the extent that a bill to sanction Iran for these tests was raised in the US Congress. Some observers believe that Iran, despite continuing its missile program even during the sanctions period, is exaggerating its missile capabilities.
