Kowtabdollah Municipality Workers Hold Protest in Front of Khuzestan Governorate

A group of workers from Kowtabdollah Municipality in Ahvaz held a protest rally in front of the Khuzestan Governorate building.
IRNA news agency reported on Monday, June 3rd, that approximately 60 green space and administrative workers from Kowtabdollah Municipality held a protest gathering for the consecutive time in front of the Khuzestan Governorate building regarding unpaid wages.
According to one of the protesting workers, approximately 250 green space workers and 90 administrative personnel from Kowtabdollah Municipality are protesting over unpaid wages from Farvardin, Ordibehesht of the current year and Esfand of the previous year.

This is not the first time these workers have held a protest rally. In Farvardin of the current year, a group of municipal workers also dumped collected garbage in front of Kowtabdollah Municipality in protest of unpaid wages.
