According to statements by the General and Revolutionary Prosecutor of Mehriz County, following the publication of a clip in cyberspace with the theme of hijab removal and norm-breaking behaviors at a photography studio, the matter was placed on the agenda of the police department overseeing public establishments.
According to Mohammad Sejjad Egtedari, with the aim of preserving moral security, implementing preventive programs, and combating social anomalies in trades, control and supervision plans for professional units operating in cyberspace are being carried out by the department overseeing public establishments.
He further added that upon the prosecutor’s order, the aforementioned studio was sealed and the case file was transferred to the judicial system for investigation, and the reopening of this studio will remain suspended pending the judicial review of the case.
