Protest Campaign of Banging Empty Pots on the Night Before the 57th Revolution Anniversary

Videos have been shared on social media showing citizens participating in a protest campaign, banging empty pots as darkness fell on the evening of February 11th.

Additionally, videos have been circulated in which people chant slogans against the Islamic Republic and Ayatollah Khamenei.

This comes as the government holds celebrations every year during the 10-day period leading up to February 22nd throughout Iran, with official media of the Islamic Republic claiming these events are met with public approval.
