Twitter, Facebook and Instagram Temporarily Suspend Donald Trump’s Account

Social media networks Twitter, Instagram and Facebook announced on Wednesday that they are temporarily blocking the account of Donald Trump, the President of the United States.
Twitter stated that following the removal of three tweets by Donald Trump, his account will be suspended for 12 hours.
Twitter also said that if Donald Trump does not delete his three latest tweets on Wednesday, his account will remain blocked and the U.S. President’s account could potentially be completely suspended.
In these three tweets, Donald Trump called on his supporters to hold peaceful demonstrations and asked them to return home, but he also reiterated his claims about “widespread fraud” in the November 3rd election in these three tweets.
According to Twitter, these three tweets incited the violence in Washington on Wednesday and the entry of his supporters into Congress.
Complaints filed by Donald Trump’s campaign headquarters and Republicans regarding “election fraud” through vote recounting and the court system of this country to change the election results have so far been unsuccessful.
This means that the account of @realDonaldTrump will be locked for 12 hours following the removal of these Tweets. If the Tweets are not removed, the account will remain locked.
