Execution of Seyed Mohammad Hosseini and Mohammad Mahdi Karmi This Morning

39-year-old Seyed Mohammad Hosseini and 22-year-old Mohammad Mahdi Karmi were executed this morning, Saturday, December 17, by the Islamic Republic government.
39-year-old Seyed Mohammad Hosseini, a fighter, and 22-year-old Mohammad Mahdi Karmi, a karate champion, were detained during the fortieth-day memorial ceremony for Hadith Najafi in the city of Karaj. The Karaj Revolutionary Court charged them with corruption on earth and waging war against God, and issued a death sentence against them.
The sentence of these two innocent youths, who had only protested to seek justice, was carried out this morning. Mohammad Hosseini’s parents are no longer alive, and he had no one to be his voice and to publicize the unjust sentence that had been issued against him. During the court session, Mohammad Hosseini had stated in his defense that he did not accept some of the charges attributed to him. However, as is customary with the Islamic Republic government, through severe torture, like other detainees, they extracted a forced confession from him as well.
Mohammad Mahdi Karmi was also executed this morning while he was on a hunger strike, and unfortunately, he was denied a visit with his family.
The criminal regime of the Islamic Republic fears the existence of heroes like Seyed Mohammad Hosseini and Mohammad Mahdi Karmi, and every day it kills one of these heroes who protests for freedom and justice, either by bullets or execution.
How will the Islamic Republic government answer for this blood that has been spilled across Iran?
