Nationwide Call on the Occasion of the Fortieth Day of Mahsa Amini’s Death

A nationwide call has been announced by the patriotic people of Iran on the occasion of the fortieth day of Mahsa Amini’s death. This call will be held on Wednesday, the 4th of Aban.
38 days ago, Mahsa (Zhina) Amini, a girl from Saghez, died following blows to her head inflicted by the forces of the Islamic Republic regime, after spending several days in a coma. Following Mahsa’s killing, not only the people of Saghez and all of Iran, but people around the world rose up to seek justice for this oppression and demanded the overthrow of the Islamic Republic regime. These protests continue to this day.
Cities and suburbs that had remained silent have now awakened and risen up. Cities such as Gonbad Kavous, Parand, Shahr-e Ray, and others have joined the ranks of protesters. Alongside nationwide protests, nationwide strikes have also begun. People from different cities have announced that we will go to Tehran so that, hand in hand and in unity, we can fight for our lost rights and the overthrow of the Islamic Republic regime. People have declared that we were previously divided, but now we have realized how united and indivisible we are, and we will stand firm until the end in defense of our freedom and honor.
We will all participate in this call with greater passion and strength than before. This is a national and popular call, free from any differences in ideology and ethnicity. Our appointment is Wednesday at 6 p.m. across all of Iran.
