“Prince Pahlavi”: Islamic Republic’s Terrorism Support has Dragged the Region into War

Prince Pahlavi responded to Pakistan’s attack by saying: The Islamic Republic’s support for terrorism has dragged the entire region into war and tension.

Iran-Pakistan relations have been tense in recent years, and Iran’s recent attacks over two consecutive days on Syria, Iraq, and Pakistan have intensified these tensions.

Prince Pahlavi released a statement yesterday, Thursday, December 28, on the X network regarding Iran’s attack on Pakistan and the resulting tensions, writing: “The Islamic Republic’s reckless missile barrage against neighboring countries and its failure to protect its borders and citizens, national sovereignty and territorial integrity, are two sides of the same coin and are condemnable. Since its inception, the Islamic Republic has placed terrorism support at the forefront of its foreign policy and with this terrorism support has dragged the entire region into war and tension.”

While referring to Pakistan-Iran relations before the 1979 revolution, Prince Pahlavi said: “Pakistan-Iran relations were based on friendship and mutual respect. Iran was not only a peace mediator between India and Pakistan but also assisted this eastern neighbor during times of economic hardship. That respect stemmed from Iran’s economic, military, diplomatic and cultural power. Fourteen decades later, the Islamic Republic, with its regional adventurism of the Revolutionary Guards and with economic, political and security incompetence, has brought Iran to such misfortune that Pakistan conducts military operations kilometers inside Iran’s borders and thanks God for it on the anti-national media.”

Regarding the solution to relations and Iran’s improvement, Prince Pahlavi said: “The solution is clear: putting an end to the regime resulting from the 1979 catastrophe, returning Iran’s train to the track of progress and civilization, rebuilding the country’s economic, diplomatic, military and cultural power, and establishing peaceful and friendly relations with neighbors based on national interests and restoring stability and peace to the region.”
