Stockholm Christians Gather on International Human Rights Day

Christians in Stockholm gathered in front of the Swedish Parliament on the occasion of International Human Rights Day.

Christians residing in Stockholm gathered in front of the Swedish Parliament on Tuesday, December 10, on the occasion of International Human Rights Day, in protest against human rights violations and the pressure exerted by the Islamic Republic government on its people.

In their protest gathering in front of the Swedish Parliament, Christians issued a statement on the occasion of International Human Rights Day, saying: “Iranians, whose ancestors were once founders of human rights in the ancient world, have been struggling for years with the demonic regime of the Islamic Republic for their most basic rights.

Annual executions of hundreds of people, execution of child offenders, imprisonment of ideological and political activists, violation of human rights and treatment of dissidents and deprivation of their right to treatment, imprisonment of parents and mothers seeking justice, violation of the rights of women and children and their suppression, systematic violation of the rights of religious and sectarian minorities, massacre of Christians and Christian leaders, assassination of opponents outside Iran, killing of protesters in the streets and direct shooting at the eyes of protesters, are only glimpses of the systematic violation of human rights by the Islamic Republic in Iran.
