Suicide of a 16-Year-Old Teenager in Malekan

On Wednesday, the 28th of Ordibehesht, a 16-year-old boy in Malekan city, located in East Azerbaijan province, took his own life by hanging and died. The share of Iranian teenagers in annual suicides has been reported at more than 7 percent by the Legal Medicine Organization.

According to a report by Hrana news agency, the news organ of the Iranian Human Rights Activists Network, on Wednesday, the 28th of Ordibehesht 1401, a teenage boy in the city of Malekan committed suicide.

The identity of this teenager has been confirmed by Hrana as Saeed Pourrostamvand, 16 years old.

He took his own life by hanging and lost his life.

The share of Iranian teenagers in annual suicides has been reported at more than 7 percent by the Legal Medicine Organization.
