Suicide of a 17-Year-Old Teenager in Tehran

According to Harana news agency, citing IRNA, on Saturday, the 7th of Khordad 1401, a 17-year-old girl in Tehran took her own life by hanging herself with a scarf.

Based on this report, the teenager took her own life by hanging herself with a scarf.

According to the teenager’s mother, she had expressed dissatisfaction for some time due to fatigue from studying and ultimately ended her life for this reason.

The share of Iranian teenagers in annual suicides has been reported at more than 7 percent by the Legal Medicine Organization.
