Summoning of “Nowruz Rokhdad” to Dehdashti Criminal Court
“Nowruz Rokhdad” has been summoned to the Dehdashti Criminal Court to present his defense.
A summons from the Dehdashti Court has been issued for 35-year-old Nowruz Rokhdad, a resident of Dehdashti, specifying that he must appear on Farvardin 14th at Branch 103 of the Dehdashti Criminal Court to present his final defense statement.
He was arrested by security forces in December of last year and has been accused of “disclosing confidential military documents and directives and military secrets,” “propaganda against the Islamic Republic,” “publishing false information,” “insulting Khomeini,” and “disrespecting Khamenei.”
He had previously been summoned to the Dehdashti Public and Revolutionary Prosecution. Mr. Rokhdad must present his final defense against the charges brought against him in this summons.
