World Health Organization Opposes Mandatory COVID-19 Vaccination

The World Health Organization announced that persuading people to receive the COVID-19 vaccine will be much more effective than making it mandatory.

Kate O’Brien, head of the immunization department at the World Health Organization, emphasized that encouragement and facilitating access to the vaccine is a better and more effective approach, stating that coercion is not an appropriate method for immunity against this disease.

The World Health Organization, alongside general guidelines, emphasizes that each country must design and implement its own population immunization program and vaccine administration for its citizens.

Based on estimates by this United Nations health and wellness body, 51 types of vaccines have entered the human testing phase, and 13 vaccines are also in the final stage of mass production.

Britain is the first country to begin administering the COVID-19 vaccine starting Tuesday.
