Arrest of Man Accused of Child Abuse in Shiraz

The head of the FATA police of Fars Province announced the arrest of a father who abused his child and published a video of the abuse on social networks.

According to Hrana news agency, citing IRNA, the head of the FATA police of Fars Province announced the arrest of a child-abusing father in Shiraz.

Based on this report, a video of a child being abused by his father was recently published in cyberspace. The child’s father abused his child by hanging him and shared these images on his Instagram page.

Hashmat Soleimani said in this regard: After the publication of these videos in cyberspace, the suspect was identified in one of the cities of Fars Province by FATA police officers and arrested after coordination with the judicial authority.

Referring to the fact that the suspect claimed in initial interrogation that his action was intended as a joke and jest, he stated: The suspect was referred to the judicial authorities after a case file was opened.
