Family of ‘Kian Pirfalak’ Expresses Gratitude to ‘Voria Ghafouri’

The family of “Kian Pirfalak” expressed their gratitude to “Voria Ghafouri,” a people’s athlete, through a post on social media.

“Kian Pirfalak” was a 9-year-old child who was killed by gunfire from regime forces, and his father “Mitham Pirfalak” was also severely injured in the shooting. After undergoing multiple surgeries, he remains bedridden and unable to walk.

“Voria Ghafouri,” a people’s athlete, visited Mitham Pirfalak, Kian’s father, at Erfan Hospital. Sajad Pirfalak, Mitham’s brother, also posted a photo of Voria Ghafouri alongside his brother, writing: “When Voria came to visit Mitham at Erfan Hospital, Mitham sarcastically said to the defective genes who consider themselves as good genes and owners of everything in the country: Mr. Voria, you are handsome, and your children are also handsome. In my opinion, you have good genes and should have several more children.”

Mitham, Kian’s father, also posted a photo from this visit and wrote to Voria: “The one who gave me courage in the worst conditions of my life.”
