Minibus carrying Khuzestan students collides with trailer, leaving 2 dead and 9 injured

A minibus carrying students collided with a parked trailer on the Omidiyeh-Mahshahr road, resulting in the death of two students and the injury of nine others.

Reza Dolatshahi, head of Khuzestan Highway Police, told ISNA: “This afternoon (Wednesday), a minibus collided with a trailer that was parked on the side of the road on the Omidiyeh-Mahshahr route. There were 11 students on this minibus, and 2 of these students were killed.”

The condition of two of the students is reported to be critical.
