Publication of Emergency Phase Handbook in ‘Iran Flourishing Project’

Reza Pahlavi released an emergency phase handbook for the “Iran Flourishing Project,” announcing a new section of this strategy.
The “Iran Flourishing Project,” designed by Prince Reza Pahlavi and his team and developed for the transition period following the Islamic Republic and Iran’s salvation, now has an additional section added to it regarding the reclamation of Iran and its reconstruction after the transition period.
Prince Reza Pahlavi, by posting a message on his personal accounts across various platforms, spoke about the handbook related to the emergency phase following the Islamic Republic. After publishing this 168-page handbook and making it available for download and study by specialists and ordinary citizens, he called on them to join this project.
Prince Reza Pahlavi wrote in his message: “The Iran Flourishing Project is the fifth section of our five-part strategy for reclaiming and rebuilding Iran. This project is being carried out by specialists under my supervision and with my team, and the emergency phase management handbook (the first 100 to 180 days) has now been published.”
Continuing his message, he called on patriots: “I ask experts, researchers, political parties, civil society organizations, and the general public to read this handbook carefully and share their views through the Iran Flourishing Project website with the project implementers. Of course, criticisms and professional suggestions will be carefully reviewed and considered, because constructive dialogue is essential to our national cooperation.”
Prince Pahlavi, referring to the contents of this handbook, said: “The emergency phase management handbook emphasizes that as the first step after the regime’s overthrow, the Islamic Republic’s constitution will be immediately repealed. The form of the future democratic system and its constitution will be determined through a process detailed in the handbook, through free and fair elections, referendum, and a constituent assembly.
For managing the country’s daily affairs during the transition period, this booklet proposes a hybrid system. Immediate repeal of all laws and regulations, administrative, commercial, and civil, that have been used over these four decades would confront the transitional government and society with instability and crisis, and would paralyze administration. This handbook clearly and explicitly emphasizes that laws symbolizing the ideological domination of the Islamic regime will be immediately repealed at the beginning of the emergency period. Furthermore, transitional system institutions are given the authority to gradually repeal, amend, or replace inappropriate laws during the transition period.”
Reza Pahlavi also commented on the first parliament after the transition period: “After the first elected parliament (Majestaan) comes to power, the nation’s representatives, by passing new laws within the framework of the new constitution approved by the people, will advance the process of fundamental change and transformation in the entire body of laws governing the country.
Unfortunately, I have observed that the implementers and authors of the emergency phase management handbook have been subjected to insults, defamation, and even death threats, which is absolutely unacceptable. I do not see these behaviors as stemming from any source other than two possibilities: either they are carried out out of prejudice and under the guise of support, which naturally I do not accept such supporters, or they are part of the Islamic regime’s cyber project to weaken the entire Iran Flourishing Project. In that case, let the regime know that it cannot undermine our determination and will to advance this project.
Long live Iran”
