US Deploys Warships and Fighter Jets Around Iran

The United States has announced the deployment of its warships and fighter jets to the vicinity of Iran to strengthen its air capabilities.

The United States of America has stated through recent remarks that it is making efforts to deploy more warships, fighter jets and bombers to the Middle East region with the aim of preparing itself for any potential military confrontation.

In its latest move, the US has deployed the aircraft carrier “USS Carl Vinson” from the Pacific Ocean to the region under the command of “CENTCOM” located in the vicinity of Iran, which will enter the said region within approximately two weeks. The deployment of this carrier is due to its equipment with advanced stealth fighter jets F-35, which is considered among the most important reasons for its dispatch.

The deployment of this carrier in the said region will increase America’s air and naval capabilities to confront the Islamic Republic and its proxy groups. America’s power for a potential attack on Iranian territory will increase with the addition of more fighter jets; because identifying and countering the fighter jets of the said carrier would be extremely difficult for the Islamic Republic’s air defense systems, which sustained damage following Israel’s attack.

The presence of F-35 fighter jets on the USS Carl Vinson carrier gives the US the ability to attack Iran’s military and nuclear facilities without needing any military bases in Arab countries, which is particularly significant in light of the Islamic Republic’s recent warning that “any use of the region’s countries’ bases for attacking Iran will make them targets of retaliatory strikes.”

Israel is currently the only country in the region that possesses 75 F-35 fighter jets purchased from the United States, which it used last October (during the Islamic calendar month of Mehr in 1403) in the “Day of Repentance” operation to attack the Islamic Republic’s missile and air defense facilities.

The deployment of these fighter jets in the region, besides giving America the ability to attack deep into Iran’s military facilities, in the event of US-Israel cooperation for implementing broader operations, would result in a very large number of these advanced fighter jets being used simultaneously.

In addition to the aircraft based on the said carrier, the US has also deployed heavy B-52 bombers in the region, which are currently present at “Al-Udeid” air base in Qatar and “Diego Garcia” base in the Indian Ocean. The United States has also conducted simulated attack operations on Iranian facilities using these bombers in the Mediterranean Sea with the participation of Israeli fighter jets.

In addition to the aforementioned bases, the United States has stationed its fighter jets at “Al-Dhafra” base in the UAE and “Ali Salem” and “Ahmad al-Jaber” bases in Kuwait, which demonstrates extensive air operations against the Islamic Republic. As a result of the deployment of the USS Carl Vinson carrier in the region along with heavy bombers, this warning has been sent by America to Tehran that in the event of non-withdrawal, the military option will be seriously pursued, and this very powerful and reinforced military configuration can transform from a tool of threat into military action.
