According to FCNC report, Judge Hosseini, head of the Government Employees Judicial Complex, in explaining the latest status of Saeid Mortazavi’s file, the former CEO of the Social Security Organization, stated: This file was returned to the prosecutor’s office in December of last year due to investigative deficiencies and has not yet been returned from the prosecutor’s office to the Government Employees Judicial Complex.
He added: The file of the former CEO of the Social Security Organization will be referred to this complex after eliminating deficiencies and will be reviewed again.
The court hearings on the charges against Saeid Mortazavi, former CEO of the Social Security Organization, were held in three sessions in December of last year at Branch 1057 of the Government Employees Judicial Complex, after which the file was returned to the prosecutor’s office due to investigative deficiencies following the third hearing session.
